Program Executive

Role Summary:

Manages incubation programs like NIDHI PRAYAS, TIDE 2.0, SISFS, NIDHI SSS, NIDHI Accelerator, NIDHI EiR and workshops. Acts as a key liaison between startups, mentors, partners, and investors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage startup programs and workshops.
  • Screen and onboard startups; monitor progress, deliverables, and compliance.
  • Facilitate mentor and investor interactions; organize pitch sessions, demo days, and networking events.
  • Draft program proposals, reports, and communication materials.
  • Support startups in Go-to-Market strategy, and funding processes.
  • Track KPIs for program success and startup performance.

Enhances SRiX’s digital presence via content creation, branding, and community engagement across social platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging social media content (posts, graphics, videos, blogs).
  • Manage platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and plan editorial calendars.
  • Monitor engagement metrics; optimize strategy based on analytics.
  • Collaborate with startups for feature stories and interviews.
  • Execute digital campaigns for brand visibility and event promotion.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visuals and messaging.

Role Summary:

Supports hardware and IoT-related startups, managing prototyping facilities, technical workshops, and product development support.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist startups with prototyping in the IoT Lab—maintain equipment, manage bookings, and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting and facilitate hardware-related assistance.
  • Organize IoT training sessions, hackathons, and mentorship.
  • Liaise with faculty, domain experts, and external partners for advisory support.
  • Track and report usage of IoT infrastructure and technical support activities.

Community Outreach Executive

Role Summary:

Drives SRiX’s relationships with universities, local communities, government bodies, and industry partners to foster engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach within colleges, corporates to promote SRiX programs.
  • Represent SRiX at events, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage community forums, roundtables, and mentor–startup networking.
  • Support screening and selection of startups via outreach initiatives.
  • Help in proposal writing and documentation for grants, partnerships, or CSR initiatives.
