Ashwyn has a wide experience in transactions in various sectors in India and advises clients on all aspects, including structuring advice from an Indian legal and regulatory perspective impacting entry and exit strategies, due diligence, documentation and negotiations, partnerships, inbound and outbound investments, both strategic cross-border as well as financial, mergers and joint ventures.

Tine Abraham is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice and based out of its New Delhi office. Tine’s areas of expertise include commercial litigation and arbitration.
A substantial part of her practice is advising on dispute strategies and conducting arbitrations in investment disputes, insurance disputes and disputes arising out of construction and other commercial contracts
She has represented clients in several ICC, LCIA and SIAC arbitrations in addition to the ad- hoc arbitrations. She regularly represents Indian and multinational clients in corporate and commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals in India.
Tine regularly advises corporates, creditors, resolution professionals and liquidators in insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
She is an alumnus of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. She is a member of Delhi Bar Council.
