Duties and responsibilities

Setting up of business in India by Indians / Foreign Companies / Nationals;

Setting up Accounting Systems, Process & procedures;

Preparation of Project / Valuation Reports

Preparation and filings of various documents for the Corporate Actions under the Companies Act, 2013

Preparation of brief research notes under various sections of the Companies Act, 2013;

Conducting Board Meetings and Shareholders Meetings

Filing of Financial Statements with the Registrar of companies

Preparation and filings of the various documents under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999; and

Registration under various legislation viz. Labour Department, PAN & TAN, GST & Professional Tax Registration.
