Rachana is Vice President of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, which is currently ranked the world’s second largest exchange in Cash Market Trades. She is responsible for all India business development initiatives of NSE for listing of Small and Medium Enterprises - SME’s on the bourse. She is Post Graduate in financial management and Commerce and Law graduate with nearly 20 years of experience of working with NSE. In her earlier roles at NSE she has handled functions like Listing, Investigation, Member Supervision and Clearing Corporation Operations. She is also the Vice Chairperson of the World Federation of Exchanges – SME Working Group.

Managing Director, Dodla Dairy Limited Mr. Sunil Reddy has completed his BE in Industrial engineering from Manipal Institute of technology, Mangalore university. He was in Construction and Agro Products Export business for about 6 years. Envisaging the need for high quality Milk & Milk Products in the Market, he entered into the Dairy Industry in the year 1995 by establishing a Milk processing unit at Nellore of AP. During the initial stages, his agricultural background helped him to establish the roots of the company at various locations. Today the operations expanded multifold across 10 states of our country and outside India Viz Uganda, Kenya and Singapore. He is actively involved in leading and directing the company towards new technology, systems and finding new avenues for growth and sustenance of business.
